Yes. Black diamond- we didn't even know she existed, but she came through a black hole, and opened one under Steven and lion, and that's it- they fell and, we don't know where he went- or if he would come back.

So he just let it happen even though it was hurting when his gem was rotating but white diamond said that it might take awhile for it to rotate. So he was just walking around in pain but doesn't let it affect him and he didn't tell the gems of the new changes yet.
