The girl didn't want to die nor did she wanted to see the face of death. 

But fate couldn't change that for her. It was already too late and she knew it was her time to eventually let go of hope. 

Instead of meeting with death, she met something else called the Celestial System. It has given her the choice to follow its mission to live on a new life or perish. 

Of course she chooses to live but what was her mission to keep on with her new life? That is to continue to change the fate of the villain in each world she enters. Not every villain deserves a bad ending and only she could save them.
