Maria herself was a full-blooded Saiyan, Airil owed his human heritage to his father, who was killed when Airil was born. In a fateful moment during one of their training sessions, two Saiyan guards inexplicably attacked Maria, threatening to expose their hidden existence. Overwhelmed and cornered, Maria's defenseless state triggered an intense surge of anger within young Airil. Suddenly, at the tender age of seven, Airil underwent a remarkable transformation, ascending into the legendary state of a Super Saiyan, a sight unseen among the Saiyans for over a millennium. The astonished and terrified guards hastily retreated, leaving behind a bewildered Airil, who, drained by the immense power, eventually succumbed to unconsciousness. Recognizing the grave danger they now faced, Maria made the heart-wrenching decision to place Airil in a Saiyan pod and launch him towards the unfamiliar planet known as Moulara, hoping he would find safety and a chance at a better life.
