These are the tales of a travelling teamaker named Cyrano. He once led another life, but for the past nine years he has wandered the world searching for the most rare and unusual ingredients for making strange, and occasionally delicious teas.
His search has brought him to distant lands filled with beauty, excitement, and danger. From soft sandy beaches to steep mountain peaks, he's shied from no terrain. Adventure has taken precedence over safety and even over the quality of the tea he makes. He cares little if the brew is too bitter, or too acidic, so long as the journey has been thrilling.
There is one ingredient, however, that he has sought above all - the petals of the astral lily. It is rumored that the astral lily only blooms under moonlight that has shone through the gossamer wings of an ice dragon. In nine years of wandering, Cyrano has found no clues as to where an ice dragon's lair might be.

"What does it mean?" Theodora asked. "It means you're a witch," Mathilda said softly gently putting a hand on her shoulder, "like me." Theodora just sat looking at her companion in surprise. "It's a good thing Teddie." "I didn't believe in witches." "What about dragons Teddie, do you believe in them?" "Not sure about dragons, why?" "The egg you touched hatched and that yellow bird you complained about following you is a baby dragon." Theodora looked around the garden and spotted the dragon. The little dragon chirruped pleadingly. Sit here and don't move. I'll bring the rabbit I was going to stew for dinner. It only took a couple of minutes then she returned with a bowl of meat strips. "Hold a piece of rabbit like this and just be still." Theodora held the meat as instructed and the little dragon floated down turning blue in color and carefully took the offered tidbit. Short Story 4 Lily lived a happy but simple life in her village, despite the war against the magical beasts of world still raging. When the war finally reaches the village, she expected her life to end with her family. She never expected a man to appear and offer her a deal. Tales Of Wonder are short stories that are tied in to a novel I've had in my head for years. They are related to the novel and each other. These stories are mainly to motivate me and to test out different writing styles. Each short story will be written in different styles. They take place in a world where magic and science combine. The first story here, I admit leaves the rules of the world and how everything works a little vague but each short story will add more and eventually the novel will tie up the magic system.
