The Red Room Spider. A Spider-Man Story X Male Reader Inser X MCU

This is a Spider-Man story I've had in mind for awhile and I'm now doing it.
In this story Y/N Walker was a fourteen year old kid fighting alongside Steve Rogers a.k.a Captain America as his sidekick during WW2 along with his Howling Commandos.
After two years of fighting the Howling Commandos go on a mission to capture the Red Skull's right hand man, Arnim Zola. While on the mission Y/N would fall from the train Zola was on, presumably to his death, but Y/N didn't die. He was found by HYDRA scientists and put on ice to be used for HYDRA on means.
Over the years Walker would go on missions for HYDRA as a brainwashed agent known as the Winter Spider and he would eventually be handed over to the Red Room to train Black Widow's in combat, while the Winter Soldier took over for the Winter Spider as HYDRA's assassin.
During his time at the Red Room he would meet a Widow named Natasha Romanoff and the two would fall in love, allowing Y/N to break through his brainwashing to show her his true self. But when the Red Room found out about them, Y/N was taken and sacrificed himself allowing Natasha to escape from the Red Room.
Years later the Winter Spider was sent on a mission, but he went A.W.O.L as he breaks free from his brainwashing and remembers. Shortly after that he is found by the Avengers and remembers what it means to love and protect the innocent and becomes the hero Spider-Man.
