Unable to bear the weight humanity has put onto it any longer the world is dying. Desperate for a solution, various factions of humanity pursue various methods of possible salvation.

Some look to ancient rituals and prophesies. Others look to the stars themselves in search of a new home. Still others cry out for divine intervention. Many choose to ignore it, attempting to live their lives as normally as possible until the end.

And then, there's Clockwork Theory: a group seemingly hellbent on making sure the world ends right on time...

The very one that modern Human civilization was built on. Alice and her boyfriend accepted a posting on the famous and ancient ship, the U.S.S.A Umbra.
