A disturbance caused by the space-time continuum where the dimensions and timelines have been altered by the new faction called Primus Shocker, the true incarnation from its original predecessor. Their main goal is to conquer every galaxy beyond as rulers of the universe.

The Heisei Riders transferred their powers across the dimension to inherit their new candidates worthy to become the Next Riders. One of the successors named Hiroto Yosuke received the Fourze Driver from his predecessor and travels to defend the World of Infinite Stratos from Primus Shocker's reign of conquest.
