The Infected World

A sudden global event begins when the sky turns black and a strange rain falls across the world for only thirty seconds. Anyone exposed to it transforms into violent, infected beings, causing instant worldwide collapse-cars crash, cities burn, and society falls within minutes.

In Quezon City, 20-year-old grocery store manager Nerissa Frost witnesses the outbreak firsthand and barely escapes the chaos to return home. She reunites with her younger brother Ryuji, a strong baseball team captain, and their 6-year-old sister Chloe, before the world fully breaks apart.

With no government control remaining, the Frost siblings decide to survive by reaching Nerissa's nearby grocery store, now their only potential safe zone. Armed with a baseball bat, kitchen knives, and limited supplies, they set out into a world divided into Red Zones and collapsing cities.

But something deeper is happening beneath the apocalypse. A hidden system is awakening across humanity, selecting survivors and changing the rules of existence itself.
