Christian Dubois wants to move on. He, as well as what remains of the human population, wants to cross over from the land of the living to the world of the dead. Unfortunately, the Ghost Train which carries such travelers can only shuttle so many spirits at a time, and the influx of ghosts from Earth's biggest catastrophe threaten to exceed it's carrying compacity. As reapers stop handing out tickets to hopeful passengers, Christian will have to find a more creative way to get to the Other Side.

So he walks the world as a ghost, later, he realizes he has a little power to make electrical fuses happen and stuff like that.
