Mipha: A Champion Rises

What if Mipha was rescued from Ruta and used her last ounce of strength to heal a dying Link at the Shrine of Resurrection, then was placed in the shrine instead? When Mipha awakens 100 years later with no memory, she must play the role of hero until she can free Link and Zelda.

This story is loosely based on a plot by Peregrine of the Zelda BOTW Modding Discord channel, who is actively developing a game mod called Mipha's Grace expected to be released in 2025. I would like to thank Peregrine for the idea.

This is a work of fan fiction using characters and events from the world of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, which is owned and copyrighted by Nintendo.
