After a third World War breaks out in the year 2093 primarily between New America and Russia things look bad as nuclear warfare starts to drift closer and closer to the main option to win. One of the ways the Americans plan to defend against such a thing is to find the secret to immortality, however in a major turn of events Russia launches the nukes right as the secret was found in a lab. In retaliation, New America launches their nukes as well which effectively sends the world into a post apocalyptic nightmare.
The year is now 2189 and now all of the people during that era are dead. All but one, a scientist in the lab where the immortality research was happening managed to wake up nearly a century after the bombs fell and found out that he became immortal when the building he was in exploded. Now he is humanity's last hope for long time survival.

Humanity used to thrive in 2035 until a group of scientists started playing God. This science team was recruited by all the top world leaders and they've begun receiving demands for a super soldier, and they began experimenting on animals, which gave the scientists expected results, but like all experiments, there was a chance for failure. The humanoid animals, or Anthros for short, started getting smarter, faster than the scientists expected, or reacted. The Anthros broke free and took what was left of the 'White Mist,' the substance that created them, and put it into the planet's air supply. Long story short, most animals worldwide have begun transforming into Anthros, and started devastating the world's militaries before attacking cities. Humanity is now facing extinction with their last millions while the Anthro civilization is over 2 Billion strong and counting. The war between Humans and Anthros has lasted for over 50 years, and while humans may be disadvantaged against the Anthros higher strength, speed, endurance, and intelligence, they still beat Anthros with improvisation, adaptability, and tactics. The war has destroyed all four Eastern continents, leaving behind a creature both Humans and Anthros call Reapers, who are husks of the person they were. The Anthros have near complete control over North America and are fighting Humanity in South America, but the main human bases are located on the Hawaiian islands. With death seeming inevitable for human kind, can nothing stop humanity from extinction? Zero has just graduated from high school with good marks and a scholarship. His family wanted to celebrate, so they said they would wait for him. He went back to grab his wallet, and as he turned around, he started falling in a wormhole, closing afterwards. A nuclear strike is imminent in 90 minutes, your partner is miles away at work, the kids are across town in school and none of the cell networks are up. Do you have a plan? Meet the Tams, an ordinary American family as they confront a scenario that we are shockingly on the brink of today -complete isolation. They must find their way back to each other and decide what to do next without any information to go on except America is under attack. Yet there are no tanks, planes, or cars to be seen. There are no soldiers on the ground or places to get reliable information. Everyone is acting on instincts, some are leaving out of fear while others still don't believe a war is taking place at all. After the destruction and mayhem, the government arrives with promises of normalcy that clash with rumors of dwindling supplies. Fred's decision to leave with his family leads them on a perilous journey toward Arrow Hall-a sanctuary in the mountains. There, they uncover the truth behind the apocalypse and find unexpected allies.
