A fairy (more like a witch) cast a spell on Charlotte Darcy and she falls asleep whenever she's put in a situation that makes her nervous. It's normally okay, but when she's fighting crime along side her best friend Peter Parker for the first time, the nerve wracking experience knocks her out cold into a sleep so deep, no one can wake her up. Peter does everything he can to find out how to cure it, even trying "true loves kiss". Expecting a romanticized kiss scene moment, Peter does the honors. But it doesn't work. So Tony and Bruce do some research, and eventually seek help from their Asgardian friends. They figure out that there's a plant, referred to as "The Cure" that could cure her and awaken her. The only problem? It's on another planet. But their problems grow even more. The only person who knows how to get there? Loki. Thor's half-evil brother. Who also happens to be in prison for trying to take over earth. Again. But Peter is willing to bargain anything to save Charlotte's life. But he has to do it fast. Tony figures out, that the longer they wait, the more Charlotte's body becomes a ticking time bomb that will release her curse like a disease and infect the whole world. With Peter bargaining and journeying to an uncharted planet with Asgardian gods, Tony and Bruce trying to hold down the fort on earth, and Charlotte's body ready to release the curse anytime, will he be able to save Charlotte in time?

In this alternate universe, Loki is sent to Midgard after the fight over the Aether. The Avengers question the Allfather's sanity, but agree they would rather have Loki where they can keep an eye on him. So, after some extensive remodeling, the Avengers Tower and neighboring facilities are now an extensive training ground with everything they'll need to reform the once proud Asgardian prince. Thor is hopeful. He wants the brother he thought Loki was back. Clint (Hawkeye) is waiting for a reason to exact some much deserved revenge. Steve (Captain America) has hope that even the most hardened of evil doers can be changed for the better. No one quite knows what Natasha (Black Widow) is thinking. Tony (Iron Man) resents having to share his tower with a psychopath. Bruce (Hulk) did not fly away to Sakar. He's brooding away in his own private wing. Scott (Antman) is under house arrest... at the tower. Wanda (Scarlet Witch) is still mourning her brother while nurturing a still very naive Vision. (Neither are living in the tower. Will only play small, fleeting parts in this story.) Dr Strange refuses to move into the tower. After all, it is more important to keep up with his work at the Sanctum. Peter (Spiderman) is spending his summer at the Tower, much to the dismay of Aunt May, who knows how dangerous this is, but does not know Loki has returned. Sam (Falcon) will follow Cap to the ends of the earth, but refuses to jump off the proverbial bridge just because Cap's doing it. Bucky (Winter Soldier) is trying to atone for his past misdeeds, while learning what exactly they were, but is living in Wakanda with T-challa (Black Panther) so neither will be playing a large role in this story. Then there's Aite. She's new. She's the Greek goddess of mischief, delusion, folly, and ruin. You'd think her and Loki would be the best of friends... Not so much.

When new intel comes through about a Hydra weapon, the avengers split into two teams, one checking out a new base, while the other scours an old one. It's no coincidence that the intel comes through, and they find files about experiments done to one person. 'winter 2.0' the team calls her, but to Bucky, the fear sinks in as memories resurface about one soldier in particular, Ace. Stronger, deadlier and she made the winter soldier in him afraid. The work together to find out all they can, not realising that they are being watched by the very soldier herself. After an attack on the compound, which leaves quite a few of the team shaken, one avengr in particular is intrigued by the univited guest now residing in the holding cells. Who is the masked assailant, and why is it, she listened to him? **** The soldier begins to remember her past, fighting against all the Hydra conditioning, to remember who she was. Why does one of the men stand out? Who is he, and why does she have an overwhelming need to protect him? She knows Hydra will stop at nothing to get their soldiers back, but will she submit to Hydra or fight for right to live free? With lives on the line, sacrifices will be made, but who will live and who will die? ⚠️ Trigger warning ⚠️ Will contain swearing, adult themes, torture, abuse, smut, violence and depression. I DO NOT OWN ANY RIGHTS TO MARVEL, THIS IS JUST A FANFIC MADE UP. Does have some of the MCU storielines, but not in order.
