"Ohhohoo, Harry potter! How are the Slytherins treating you Mate? Hoping you were a Gryffindor already?" the small boy named Neville said while bumping a hard shoulder into Draco.

"You really shouldn't have done that MATE" Draco spit back immediately taking a hold of his wand which he stored at the side of his trousers for safekeeping, and pointing it straight at Neville. Shortly after, a girl with bushy brown hair that was standing next to Neville pulled out her own wand and pointed it at Draco. 

"Draco Malfoy! Put that wand down. You are wasting your precious time arguing with these blood traitors" Pansy Parkinson said coming onto the scene and holding her wand close to her. Harry noticed that everyone had their wands at the ready and wondered if he should have too. so he hastily and swiftly picked the wand that resided in his back pocket and took it closer to him, although, he didn't know any spells at the moment that could have helped him.

"Potter! Did you know that your new best friends are You-know-who supporters? Yeah, their parents were the most faithful to the Dark Lord." Ron charged over to the commotion and Draco lowered his wand.

In this Harry Potter AU, Harry never gets sorted into Gryffindor, never a Golden Trio. Instead, he gets sorted into Slytherin and befriends the all famous Draco Malfoy and Pansy Parkinson and Blaise Zabini.

As Harry becomes closer and closer to his Slytherin Friends, he is slowly dragged into the dark side.

We are students at Hogwarts 3 years post war. The students who were in their last 2 years of school when the battle began were invited back 3 years later to finish their studies (think of it as straight away if you don't want to think of it as 3 years later, the whole school kid thing makes me cringe so I'm going for a bit more of a uni thing). Y/n Riddle was adopted by Voldemort years prior to be brought up and used as a weapon to get close to Harry while they were at school together. Harry and y/n ended up falling for each other, y/n went behind her fathers back to help the Order but Harry found out who her father is and swore he'd never have anything to do with y/n ever again. Y/n went back to the dark side and ultimately played a part in the dark sides down fall. The students who were recruited as death eaters while at Hogwarts weren't sent to Askaban Prison as they were children and the ministry believed that they should have a second chance. However, attending Hogwarts 3 years later was made compulsory for those students- if they refused then Askaban was their only other option. A few never renounced their ways due to their families but y/n, Blaise Zabini, Pansy Parkinson, Draco Malfoy, Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley and Ginny Weasley all went back including a few other students that we'll meet through out.
