It's a funny thing, expectation versus reality. Expectation lives somewhere on the border of your biggest dreams or your worst nightmares. It's just a matter of perspective. You either expect something to go really well, or dreadfully awful. But reality is something much different.

Reality, its a bitch. But we all have to face it. It's something that never goes away, and it wins every single time. It's not some illusion you can happily float through, it's a fiery blaze that's going to burn you eventually, and in more ways than one. It's something you have to swallow, even if it feels like a million tiny shards of glass forcing their way down your throat.

Two years after Joslyn is forced to leave Alex by his manager, Chris, without a word, the two old lovers cross paths again. It's clear neither of them are the same people they used to be, both struggling with the reality of it all.

Since that utter day he was carried out of her apartment complex, Alex hasn't been the same, his good boy image long gone now. For the past couple years Alex has gone off the deep end, and Joslyn hasn't been much better.

What happens when these two old flames run into each other again? Lets just say it's anything but a happy reunion with unimaginable twists and turns.
