She was one of the first beings Lucifer created in Hell. She was the one that put every sinner's shining moment on repeat. She was the one that tore their souls apart, made them relive their worst moments, just to put them back together to do it ll over again. And when it was time for the souls to move on from Hell, she was there to devour them.
So when Lucifer decided he needed a vacation, he turned to her for her companionship on his journey along with his top Demon- and Gehenna's best friend- Mazikeen. And when he started LUX, the two women were there to make sure it ran smoothly.
But what was actually entailed in Gehenna's duties on Earth? Where did she belong? What will happen to her the longer she stays in the middle?
If only she knew.

"Hey," She began quietly, much like how she greeted him in the penthouse several times when he hadn't known she was coming over. "Look, I promise that I'm trying to be okay with you leaving. I know why you had to do it. It was so brave, and I knew it's because you felt that you needed to protect me and Charlie, but," She paused to breathe, then continued, "It's so hard. Not to think of you, I mean, or stumble across a memory of you and tell myself not to think about it...not to feel. I'm trying so hard to forget everything that you made me feel." Everything meaning the annoyance, heartbreak, joy, sadness, fear, and love. All of it. It doesn't matter if he has to suffer for her. He has already been suffering for millennia anyway. Just to let you know: This is a sad story that I had to get out of my mind after rewatching season four. No happy ending! If you're looking for something fluffy and lighthearted, this probably isn't the right story for you. It's Deckerstar, but not only.
