Charlotte "Charlie" Taylor and her older brother Roger have been inseparable since the beginning. They did not grow up with the best parents, so they practically raised each other. Now, in 1972, they are young adults, pursuing their dreams in London, England. Roger is a drummer who is hoping his rock band, Queen will make it big, while Charlie just wants to dance. Between supporting her brother, working her day job, pursuing her dream, and spending time with her friends, Charlie has never had time for love. That is until she meets a young athlete named Ben. Ben introduces Charlie to a world she's never known before, and her life will never be the same.

One day, the boy suddenly gets a huge attack, worse than any other before. Everything starts spinning, and before he knows it, the world turns black. When Joe's eyes open again, he's in the hospital.
