Anyway, I'm trying to turn this into a series, so help me out and give me feedback on how I can make it better. This story is in the future, centuries after Earth was destroyed due to pollution and greenhouse emissions. On a different planet, in a different universe, where a planet just like Mars exists, a select group of children is chosen to go into an academy and answer this question. Then they are either trained to leave the country or stay within it. And readers, this is a mystery/thriller book, so you guys can answer this question, too. 😊

FROST: The Beginning Of The End (OG)
Enjoy the first draft of the story so far... This story tackles perspective on life from two different people who might not be very different after all. I don't really want to spoil much of it and I don't really have a cover for it , so if you fuck with the title for some reason and want to kill some time read this. keep in mind I am not perfect there will be A LOT OF DICTATION and GRAMMAR MISTAKES! I hope I was able to make you feel something even if that feeling was cringe. Forgot to say some stuff... This story takes place in a fictional future. And I was heavily inspired by bladerunner , Detroit become human, The wolf among us and probably a bunch of other stuff. Btw if you took the time to read this, DESTROY ME even if you liked it. I'm totally open to criticism and any kind of feedback would be appreciated. I can only improve, right? You might see a lot of "Sargent" instead of "sergeant" so... I blame my autocorrect for this one but eventually I'll realize my mistake.
Moving In
Blaze White is the New Girl at the Prep school in her mothers old home town. But her only goal for senior year is to keep a low profile, no friends, no parties and NO boys. Axel may be adored and worshipped by his peer-but he hates people, except 5. So when a beautiful but closed off girl suddenly enters his group. He is not welcoming of the mysterious beauty despite the pull they both feel. •••• WARNING: This was written many moons ago. I have decided to put it back up because of a large request from readers. However, I was a kid when I wrote this so take it with a grain of salt. *** Like a deer in head lights, I freeze and watch as the car comes towards me expecting to get hit. But to my surprise, the car swerves to the side slightly next to me and comes to a stop. I take a deep breath I didn't know I was holding at the driver's side door swings open and a very pissed off Axel steps out. "Thank god," I mumble and place my hands on my knees to catch my breath. "Blaze?" He says and I hate it. I hate how he says my name as if it's his. Like he knows it's the only thing I want to hear, him calling out to me, looking at me, focused to me. It's the first time in my life I wanted someone's attention so badly I didn't care how I got it. And that was too dangerous for me to hold onto. "Are you insane or some shit? I could have killed you!" He says and starts to walk towards me. I take a big breath and step back away from him, "s-stop! Axel," I stutter still panting. It's then he notices the blood on my hands and shirt. "Is that blood?" He asks staring at my shirt and I take another step back. "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it. "Don't run from me Blaze it won't go well," he growls reading my thoughts causing me to freeze in my spot. Trust is a word that can easily be broken through breath, but survival is a word that can only be broken by death. Nikolas Clover's goal was to keep his family safe as they joined the Advors, a group of humans against the Resinix alien race. However escaping from the Proditors, a group of humans who standby the Resinix, would be anything but easy. They lived in a small town in Colombia called Salento located North just off the edge of the Amazon Rainforest. The Advors remained hidden under the tall rainforest trees while the Resinix and Proditors ruled the rest of the Earth with an iron fist. The Clovers lived in hiding as they waited for their moment to leave the Proditor infested town. However, suspicion would soon arise. Escaping would feel like hell, but the thought of surviving would feel inconceivable. ~I've dedicated a song from YouTube that fits well with each chapter to enhance the reader experience if you choose to play it! In Martha's world, an alternative earth, the people follow the rules of 'The Grandmothers'. When you turn twenty five you are shelved, no longer allowed to date and forbidden from marrying. The earth is still recovering from the third world war. Resources are controlled by the Elites and the environment is polluted and many countries are damaged beyond repair. The population that survived the war has been ravaged by chemical weapons. The genders are out of balance. For over sixty years the birth rate of female babies has far outweighed their male counterparts. Women are resigned to the knowledge that if they are not married by the time they are twenty five that they never will be. They have limited choices once they are shelved. Martha chooses to go against the wishes of her family. She will spend the rest of her life taking care of her widowed Father as opposed to working and giving all her money to her younger female cousins to supplement their dowry. Fate and time has a different plan. Martha is drawn into a battle between The 19 and The Wild Roses. Two different factions each wanting to use and twist Martha for their own ambitions. Will Martha be able to bloom and change the world for the better or will she crushed? ....This story is a work in progress, it has themes and ideas that may change over time as the story develops and as I learn what you like and dislike about the novel.
