This is a collection of poem type notes that I type up on my phones note app about different experiences in my life, bad break ups, new love, anxiety ridden thoughts I hope you enjoy and find these relatable. About me: I have been living with anxiety for over 4 years now and recently just got medically diagnosed with anxiety and depression. I have gone through all of life's battles barely making it out alive but I am here, I have survived and now it's time to tell my story. Also these aren't exactly poems but they kinda are idk what they are but they're here and I hope you enjoy!

When mirror is not enough to reflect emotions, when talks are not enough to convey feelings, a silent poem and a pen and it's creations may help.
