Death And Fire {Young Writer's Short Story Competition}

Two different factions were living in the African continent. The Magtiges and the people who lived in Ryk.
The Magtiges lived in a green country that was in a great low plain and small hill and traversed by a river and its tributaries. Ryk, my country was not rich in animal and plant kingdom, nor water. What the Magtiges took advantage of us were our strong men, whom they used in wars to sate their desire to conquer the world. In return they were giving us medicines and clothes.

The strength of the weak people is hidden inside them. They are not imposing it to others like their enemies but they show it. And that's what we are trying to do. We prove that our strength and our thirst for freedom are invincible and inexhaustible.
And who am I? I am Veranteringk and I live in Ryk with my two brothers and my mother. My dad fights for our freedom. So will I.

The war is forbidden but freedom is sweet, while poverty and exploitation are most hateful than a war.
The rebels are unstoppable....
