The souls of the people are used to see if someone is worthy to live in their society. If signs of madness begin to show, they are eliminated. It is now down to the officers of Icosier to catch who everyone thinks has the most maddened soul. Only there's one thing wrong, he's not mad at all. They are. It's up to him to stop them from being corrupted, but he seems to be enjoying making them go insane instead!
