I am what most would later call a War's Child. A child born in the first few years of the civil war that wreaked havoc upon Daquan for twenty years. But mostly, I'm a villager. One of the people that live in the villages, starving and fighting against death at every turn. Yet, I'm none too pleased to be pulled from my familiar life only to be thrown into the life of the Military Academy of Daqu. This is the first time I don't have to worry about having enough food to last the day, about freezing to death or being attacked while I'm sleeping.
