It was a heavy storm and the boat was swaying vigorously. A new wave crashed over us knocking me over board. Down, down, down, I sunk deeper into the almost black water. Water entered my lungs and it felt like thousands of searing hot knives stabbing me. I was loosing consciousness, I looked up for what I knew would be the last time.
