A post driver is a device used to drive piles (poles) into soil to provide foundation support for buildings or other structures. It also named as wood post pounder or fence post pounder, which is a tool used for driving fence posts and similar items into land surfaces. It consists of a heavy steel pipe which is closed at one end and has handles welded onto the sides. It is normally used by one person. Since 2010, Thrall Post Driver has been revolutionizing the fencing industry.
