Zyntha is a strange creature. She's a sort of griffin, but with three pairs of wings. She understands the language the people around her speak. Yet even at her large size, she's terrified of fire. When a group of men lights up her cave with flames, she panics and scrabbles out just in time before she realized just how strange these people were.
When her cave falls apart, rocks and boulders raining from above, she lunges into action, scooping a man in her wings. Before she could escape, the rubble crashed down on her, knocking her unconscious.
But once she's out with rain pouring down and stinging her, she gets struck by lightning. That's when something surprising happens.
