After Neptunes escape from the federal government of space, she comes across a boy with the same birthmark as her, he works as a star merchant and goes by the name of Aris. 
Aris is surprised to see another human with the same marking as him, especially a girl as good looking as Neptune. Aris invites Neptune into his home and questions her about her past, but she fails to answer any of them, not knowing anything of her past. Together they decide to search for their missing past...
