Using life experiences, I began to write out this collection of poetry, creating space to keep inventory of the cycles of my own memories and emotions. I recognized I didn't always love the narrative I had about my world, so I decided it was time to change that. BPD strips away your identity sometimes I guess this is my way of finding myself again, through writing and reflecting and realizing it is okay to be hurting.
