Elizabeth was really tired of school; she was ready to leave that place and never turn back. All she did was wake up, go to school, and deal with the fake people there and their shenanigans. Elizabeth stammered out a quiet "sorry," her head down, embarrassed by her zoning out. It had become a problem after her 16th birthday, when her best friend Sade moved to the other side of the world. She had no one to talk to, so she just got stuck in her mind most of the time.
