Her neighbours used to be a cheerful old couple, but they moved away to France to be closer to their relatives.
After Isla's neighbours move out a new couple moves in, but let's say they're a 'bit' different than the old neighbours.
After Isla is woken up and startled by horrifying clawing sounds, she finally pushes aside the feeling of intimidation and knocks on number 7192.
Things become clear when the couple explains it's just their cats playing- or so Isla believes.
