A short Halloween story. A vision of the future or an evil prank by devilish spirits? You decide.

This is the first in a trilogy of Halloween/Samhain stories with the same main character, Brenda, who is thirteen at the time this story takes place.

The second story in the  trilogy is "The Air Siren," which takes place ten years later.

The third story in the trilogy is "The Gate Crasher," which takes place almost three years after the events of "The Air Siren."
