Welcome to... Flemdover.

These tribes would be the "Pantala of Pyrrhia", an unknown island. So the original island, Kasai, has a sistering and neighboring island father away. 
There are only 4 tribes that dwell here, each on separate corners of the island. Never wanting to interact with each other. The island isn't in the safest place either, one of the worst parts of the ocean. The continent is shaped like a lopsided square.

It's located where all the storms and hurricanes hit, where every tsunami could ever happen. These dragons have never seen the sun before, up north all they know is dark clouds lingering above.
There isn't much food on this island, which is why the tribes are dying out. LightWings are on the brink of Extinction.
