Fire and water: The hunger games

When President Paylor died, so did the rule that there was to be no more hunger games. Now Katniss and Peeta Mellark's children face the arena. But as Willow unintentionally carries on "the girl on fire" legacy, Rye begins to panic. How far will Willow go to do her parents proud? And will she let her little brother get in her way? After all, water puts out fire, and that's a threat Willow does not need.
