Dos décadas atrás las hadas traicionaron a los nefilim durante la Guerra Oscura, y desde entonces han vivido confinadas en Feéra, la tierra de las hadas. Ahora la reina Seelie pretende liberar a su pueblo, y para ello tendrá que destruir a los cazadores de sombras.
Los planes de la reina llevarán a Agoney hasta Raoul y juntos descubrirán que no todo era como les habían hecho creer.
