Marie Antoinette Syndrome:
The sudden whitening of hair, caused by extreme stress or emotional trauma.
As a child Arabella's entire family was brutally murdered in front of her by a rising gang. As a result of this trauma, her once chocolate hair turned Snow White. Before she herself could be killed, she was saved by the one and only Salvatore Giovanni, the leader of the Pride, one of the largest Mafia's in the world. Taking her under his wing, Salvatore loved and trained Arabella from a young age to become the absolute perfect successor.
Enter Dimitri.
Dimitri Yakova is the young leader of the soviet mafia in Russia. He's cold, dark, and did I mention extremely handsome? At birth Salvatore and Dimitri's father agreed that their children would come together in marriage in order to permanently unify their organizations. A bruiting, unforgiving, Russian king, and a smartass, seductive princess. What could go wrong?
