This is a revised and heavily edited second version of my original fanfic also titled Saving My Life.
I was very unhappy with the way my original story was playing out so I decided to rewrite it all but the original is still on Archive Of Our Own and Wattpad.

Eren Jeager was kidnapped at 14 years old by Kenny Ackerman, a ruthless mafia boss, and has been his captive for 6 years. Eren manages to escape and crosses paths with the mysterious Levi Rivalle who takes him in.
Levi Ackerman, who hides his true last name so nobody associates him with his uncle, goes by the name Levi Rivalle when it comes to the legal business on the topside of New York City and introduces himself as such.
follow the story of a rude, uptight, germophobic business man who takes in a boy who is the unknown key to solving all of their problems with just a simple serum.

There was a connection between Levi and Eren; they just couldn't keep away from each other, and Eren, knowing Mikasa wouldn't allow it, kept it a secret.
