Author's notes: This is just my take the Spider-Man origin story. Much in the same way the original Spider-Man movie could be Sam Raimi's take on the story or the Spectacular Spider-man TV show could be another, this is my own (hopefully) original take. Also please note that while Dr. Connors appears in the first chapter The Lizard is not the villain in this story. He's really here as an Easter Egg for now. Anyway, without further ado, I present my take on the Spider-Man story.

Hey...you ready? was the same question i had in my head when i came to the conclusion to writing this story. This story has been in the works for 2 to 3 years time. And I'm happy to have all of my readers join me. Marvel are the proud owners of all of the spider man themed characters and they have all the rights to the characters that are introduced in my story. The only things that I own is my characters the situations I put them in and myself and the way I portray it. Humongous shout out to the artists for their hard work on the art I have used for this book and a Ultra shout out to the fantastic people at Marvel for making these fantastic characters and I look forward to the future of them. Exactly five years after the death of Gwen Stacy you find a beaten-up Spiderman laying on your porch. He could barely get out a word before you led him into your apartment and helped him clean up. After that fateful night, Spiderman would pay you almost nightly visits to fix him after his nightly patrols each night. You couldn't help to get close to the masked man. But there was always that underlying fear that he was just using you as your other friends had? Or was there actually a friendship? As the months went on you found yourself falling for the superhero.
