A day by day record of my weight loss journey.
I began 4 and a half days ago and so far I have lost close to 4 pounds.
In this book I will let you know how I achieved that.
I will then continue to update the journal with how I lose the remaining 12 pounds within the next 18 days.
And after that I'll continue to update with how I maintain my goal weight and my 'after-care'.
