It centers on the new family in town. Peaceful, friendly, and outgoing. Vivien is the Daughter of Jason and Emily Flemings. They move from Maine to Los Angeles-after Vivien attempts suicide and is given a new doctor. Vivians parents feel that the new doctor will be able to help her. They move into a restored mansion, that hasn't been lived in for almost thirty years. Unhappy about the new home, Vivian decides to do some searching of her own about the house's past.

The family moves in, and Vivian's parents are more than willing to give the house the love it needs. However, they are also unaware that the house is haunted by the ghosts of its former residents.
