The Frill at the Bottom of the Skirt

Gray gets dragged to Mermaid Heel yet again and forced to wear a waitress uniform, only to have Lyon, of all people, happen to walk by. Not much can get the heat to rise for the elder Ice-Make mage, but the sight of Gray's intense humiliation and an opportunity to take advantage of him in a street alley makes ice turn to steam in my final entry for Kinktober2019.
