Anti and Chase just wanted to have a little fun, but what happens when their little tricks become real?
The Egos will be facing real danger, but no one will be convinced they're in danger until one of them go missing.
This is my JSE version of 'Blair Which' or 'Blair Witch Project'. If you have not seen the movies, this might spoil it. So, if you're old enough you should watch the movies.

The "egos" are just some fun characters created by Markiplier and Jacksepticeye. Unless they happen to be two sets of best kept secrets, that Mark and Jack are sick of carrying around with them. When the guys go to strange lengths to try and rid their lives of the paranormal duplicates, things only get stranger. One and The Same (a Jacksepticeye and egos AU story)
For years, scientists have wanted to see if they could extract a human conscience and split it into its individual parts. Over and over again they tried and over and over again they failed. Until one day, when they found a way that they were sure would work. The problem: they needed a brand new test subject. Enter Jack. Jack (known as Jacksepticeye on youtube) was kidnapped by the scientists and experimented on. His conscience was extracted and split into individual parts, his body was cloned and the main bulk of his conscience was implanted back into him. Jack survived the experience with very little physical and mental damage and the experiment was deemed a success. And so, the egos were born. They and Jack were kept in the lab and experimented on until the opportunity arose to escape. Once they are released into the real world, Jack discovers looking after multiple clones of himself who know nothing about the outside world is going to be a lot harder than he thought. And to make things worse, Jack is now sharing his mind with Anti. Where the others just want to live their lives as normally as they can, Anti wants revenge. He wants the world to know what they have been through and he wants the scientists to burn for what they did. He craves attention and is willing to get it in any way possible, even if that means putting the group's new-found freedom in jeopardy.Complete

By the time you read this...you'll rethink of how you see things...you will be more aware of your surroundings...you'll be more aware of your loved ones... Something unexpected happened...something I would never think of seeing face-to-face. Chase told me what happened...that he was possessed. I didn't believe him..until now. I can see him in front of me, but it's not the Chase I know. It's someone darker..someone I thought was fake, make believe. I shouldn't have thought that. Now...it's only a matter of time, to get Chase back to me. In the race to save him, I do things I never thought I would be able to do..things I would think were just written in books. But that's not the case, not this time. Antisepticeye's always gotten whatever he wanted. He never had anyone he respected tell him no and if anyone did, they wouldn't live long enough to apologize. But what happens when something happens to Anti that makes all the tables turn on him? Who would he have then that would help him? Hope you guys like the story! The Help- Mark of The Egos
When people see things out of the ordinary (or at least, their idea of ordinary), they get defensive. Violent. And all they have to do is see a familiar sign. If anyone has the "mark", they make do to cover it up. Of course, some aren't lucky, and the mark is in plain sight. If one ego is killed, the other egos sense their pain. If one is seriously injured, the egos feel their pain until it stops. And as we all know , there are two ways to stop pain- get cured or get killed. We are now a society that is split into egos and ids. Anti has possessed Jack once again. Darkiplier is hidden in Actor's basement. One phone call, and that all changes.
