When Scarlet and her family travelled to Mako island on vacation, something happened. She wandered about at night during the full moon and transformed into a mermaid. Most people would want this but not Scarlet, especially when her tail is her worst colour : blue.
AJ otherwise known as Anthony Jefferson, the future alpha of the sliver pack, meets with this little mermaid in a critical situation. But never got to meet her.
Scarlet couldn't forget this boy but sadly the only thing she knew about this boy was his name Jefferson.
Years pass and the two meet again in a very awkward situation at the age of 19, AJ finds out that his mate was human and mermaid and it puts him in a complicated situation since his parents said otherwise.
Scarlet is the future queen of the mermaid and merman creatures and that means she has to leave her human world and her love and live with the mermaid and merman creatures under the sea, otherwise, she dies.
AJ is heart broken to hear this and don't know what to do.
Scarlet is dumbfounded of the whole situation.
