After the events of Mario Odyssey, the Mushroom Kingdom has now fallen into a time of peace and happiness. Bowser has been rather inactive, giving Peach and Co a chance to relax. Peach can take care of her kingdom, and Mario can continue to travel the world with Cappy in tow.  Everything is balanced, as all things should be.
