Noel wants to believe she's a normal 19 year old teenager, trying to fend for herself in a tough world.

But throw in her rough past, bad people skills, together with the fact that she may or may not have murdered two people in her lifetime, without actually putting a knife to their necks, and she's already drifting away from normalcy.

Now add the chilling news that she's some sort of supernatural creature, who just happens to be the last of a kind once feared, unmatched and unrivaled in a world of power-hungry and blood thirsty beings. Well, she seems anything but normal.

Despite all this, what will she do, when she realises that every single breathe she's taken up until now sums up to the exact moment when she becomes one with the darkness within her?
