Black Clover
A Yami x Charlotte fanfic. I started writing this story after Charlotte confessed to her squad about her feelings for Yami hence the story from there is way different from the anime/manga. Don't come at me please! 😅 Lovelots!

The captains, Yuno, and Julius were gathered in the grand office, the usual post-meeting chatter filling the space. Captain Charlotte Roselei, typically composed, let out an unexpected, soft giggle that drew the attention of the room. "Honestly," Charlotte remarked, a hint of amusement in her voice, "Captain Yami reminds me so much of someone." Yami, who had been lazily picking at a biscuit, raised a suspicious eyebrow. "Oh? And who's that, Princess?" he grunted, intrigued despite himself. Fuegoleon, always polite, leaned forward. "Indeed, Charlotte, do tell. Who could possibly share such a... unique aura with Captain Yami?" A collective curiosity settled over the other captains. Jack leaned in, a mischievous grin on his face. "Spill it, Charlotte! Is it some old flame? A rival?" Charlotte simply giggled again, a rare, light sound. "My younger sister," she finally revealed, her eyes sparkling with fond memory. "Sophia." A murmur of surprise went through the group. William offered a gentle smile. "Ah, Sophia. You often speak of her, Charlotte, but none of us have ever had the pleasure of meeting her." "Yes," Julius added, his gaze thoughtful. "She sounds like quite the character. It's curious that she's never visited the capital with you." Charlotte's smile faltered slightly, a touch of melancholy entering her expression. She looked down at her teacup. "Truthfully," she confessed softly, "I don't know what happened to Sophia. I haven't seen her in six years."
