Katherine Walker had just turned 13 when her intoxicated mother was in a crash. Killing the mother, little brother(3), and sister (6). Her father, diagnosed with dementia and anxiety, was looking for a peaceful, happy, town. Their driver Albert recommend Derry, Maine, the very town he grew up in. Of course, they had visited before, Katherine and Mike Hanlon were childhood friends.  Her father and Katherine move in, not expecting for there missing children.
