Melancholia is a girl I've befriended, a girl who challenges me and pushes me to my limit, a girl I've known all my life. Melancholia is a girl everyone hates but they shouldn't. She'll bring you to your knees countless times until you learn to stand strong. I'm grateful to melancholia. Because of her I came to the realization that despair is necessary. That's something they don't tell us, but we should know.

Who knew running away from girls would be so difficult ? It's almost impossible when you're in a school mostly made up of girls . "I'm not making friends with any girl at all or even talk to them . Melina isn't exactly the happiest of people. Nothing seems to be going right for her and she's continuing to loose hope. She just wants to matter to somebody, to be truly loved. But I won't be responsible, nor will I let it affect me. In these chapters, you will read about heartbreak, tragedy, personal reflection and everything in between, and out and beyond. All this will be given either through short 'stories,' recounts or poems, and it also includes some of my favourite quotes, and other things like spells and old, unintentionally poetic text messages. If you decide to carry on and read, I hope you can relate. And I hope, all the more, that you can not because some things will come across as 'upsetting.'
