Arcadia Borr lives a life of luxury inside the city walls of Melior with her father being the most adored citizen as CEO of Borr Enterprises. With the slums of Nequam on the other side of the wall, Arcadia is safe inside her bubble. So what happens when a few gang rats from Nequam wiggle into the city with one mission; get Arcadia Borr.
