Izuku has always been a mermaid his entire life. He had been curious on about almost everything but the Above. When he turned 14, He grew even more and more curious on what was above the water. His mother always told him that they were dangerous people. He knew that humans were above but he didn't think all of them were dangerous. Yes, he heard stories about humans hunting down mermaids but he didn't believe all humans were like that. One day, He goes to the above to get some seashells and more stuff like that from the sand because he needed it for Some things but comes across a boy looking at the waves and he notices Izuku.
