With the principal in his corner, Kris fought for the right to try out for his high school basketball team.

The coach had no other choice but to allow Kris to try out just like every other boy. However, Kris isn't exactly like the other boys.
Kris is a transgender young man that's had to fight just to be himself. He's endured more than most people his age, including hormone replacement therapy and surgery. He steps into the gym on tryout day with nothing but unwelcome stares from his potential teammates.

However, he has a handful of people in his corner. He has his loving parents, his best friend Ariel, and Melody- the girl he's had a crush on for years.
Will he earn a spot on the team? Will he become a Trinity Warrior?
Has his crush finally noticed him? Is this his chance to get closer to her?
How will they treat him if he secures a spot? Will they warm up to the idea or continue to treat him like an outsider?
