Hiro's mother begs him to go and find his friend and leave this life of running with her. Hiro promises to return to her with his best friend Kyoko in hand. His mother's only wish is that no matter what happens he keeps a smile on his face. Hiro sets off on a journey to find his best friend and potentially just what it was that destroyed his life and why his mother insisted on running.
