Underneath the Lavender bush

Underneath the Lavender bush is a 100% true story about Cleo, a cat of mine who passed away about 4 years ago now. The memory is vivid and sharp, causing this story. I wrote it as a short story for a writing competition in 6th grade, and while it didn't win it got pretty far along.
Throughout the story I am feeling many things and constantly looking inside myself. I was inspired to write this because it all really did happen; it is a true story through and through. It is truly a vivid memory!
I loved writing this story, and I really hope all the fantastic people who read it like it as much as I do.
